About this Notice: 

Tecnocap LLC ("Tecnocap” or "We," “Us”, or “Our”) respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This Privacy Policy sets out how Tecnocap collects and uses personal information about you in compliance with our obligations under federal, state, and local laws. 

This policy applies to information we collect: 

  • By and through the Website
  • In email, text, and/or other electronic messages between you and the Website.
  • When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

It does not apply to information collected by: 

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by us or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or
  • Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website.

As with our Terms of Use, by creating, registering, or logging into an account through the Website, or otherwise accessing or using the Website, you are automatically accepting and acknowledging the most recent version of this Privacy Policy. If we make any changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy and update the “Last Revised” date of the Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Website on behalf of an individual other than yourself, you represent that you are authorized by such individual to act on such individual’s behalf and that such individual acknowledges the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. See Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 Section below. 

Please read this notice carefully as it contains valuable information on the personal information that we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and whether it is sold to or shared with third parties.

How Personal Information is Collected.  

When you sign up to become a User of the Website (a "User"), you will be asked to provide us with certain Personal Information, such as your first name, last name, and email address. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to this information as "Personal Information." Other than the online contact information required to obtain parental consent, we do not collect any Personal Information from users under the age of 13 unless the User's parent or legal guardian has first provided us with consent for that User to use the Services and disclose Personal Information to us. If you are a User under the age of 13, please do not send any Personal Information to us if we have not obtained prior consent from your parent or guardian. If we learn we have collected Personal Information from a User under the age of 13 without parental consent, or if we learn a User under the age of 13 has provided us Personal Information beyond what we request from them, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Like most websites, we use automatic data collection technology when you visit the Website to record information that identifies your computer, to track your use of our Website, and to collect certain basic information about you and your surfing habits. Our public Website also uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze how users use our Website. We review aggregated data provided to us through Google Analytics to analyze Website usage and improve our Website. Google Analytics has its own Privacy Policy. By using our Website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described here and in the Google Analytics privacy policy.

We will not sell your personal information or share your personal information with a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. "Cross-context behavioral advertising" means advertising that is targeted to a consumer based on the consumer's personal information obtained from the consumer's activity across businesses, distinctly branded internet websites, applications, or services. 

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates;
  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Pomegranate Inc.'s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Pomegranate Inc. about our Website users is among the assets transferred;
  • To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to these disclosures;
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; 
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; and,

How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept. 

We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or while we are providing products and/or services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:

We will use reasonable efforts to deal with your request within a reasonable time. If you send a Request Concerning Personal Information by mail, then please do so by U.S. Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested to allow for confirmation of mailing, delivery and tracking. Tecnocap LLC will not accept a Request Concerning Personal Information via telephone or facsimile. Tecnocap LLC is not responsible for any Request Concerning Personal Information that is incomplete, incorrectly labeled, or incorrectly sent.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your personal information, and for keeping your personal information current and correct.

When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), which requires us to inform parents and legal guardians about our information collection practices. COPPA also requires that we obtain parental consent before we allow children under the age of 13 to access and/or use our Services. We urge kids to check with their parents before entering information through our Website and/or Services.

By visiting our Website and/or using our Services, or by permitting your child to use our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use.

California Residents.

Residents of the State of California have the right to request from certain businesses with whom the California resident has an established business relationship a list of all third parties to which the business, during the immediately preceding calendar year, has disclosed certain personally identifiable information for direct marketing purposes. We are only required to respond to a customer request once during any calendar year. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the California Privacy Rights requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

The Website and the Services are operated in the United States.
