I have been a home canner for 40 years, and am in the process of starting a home based kitchen, producing jams, jellies, pickles, pie fillings and various sauces and salsas. I recently switched from Ball canning jars, which I've used exclusively in the past. These mason jar lids have completely exceeded my expectations. I was a little hesitant at first since they are not from one of the major brands, but once I used them I realized they are just as good if not better than the ones I usually buy at the store. The seal is tight and consistent, and every single lid I have used so far has performed flawlessly, which is honestly more than I can say for some of the big name options.

One of the biggest surprises was how well they fit my regular mouth jars. No weird misalignments, no struggling to get them to sit right, just a perfect fit every time. I have used them for everything from pickled veggies to jams and soups, and the seal has held strong through boiling and cooling. They even survived a few accidental drops without bending out of shape.

The best part, the price. Getting this many high quality lids at such a reasonable cost feels like a bit of a win. Plus they come in a proper box rather than those annoying plastic bags which makes storage way easier. If you are doing a lot of canning or just want to stock up these are a fantastic choice.

These canning jar lids are excellent. These seem to be just as good if not better than others I use. Being made in USA is also a plus.

If you ever need to test out new kinds of canning lids, test them with just water in the jars. Do not risk precious food on new lids you are unsure about. Fill your jars with water instead, and then at the very least you have canned water for emergencies if you decide to keep them. Test one full canner load of lids this way.

These lids come in a generous pack of 160, feel and look like good quality lids, and I had no problems with them when test canning several lids in the pressure canner and water bath canner. I had no buckling problems at all, and it is going on a month since testing several of them and my test jars of water are still sealed.
